As most are aware, Sir James Munby is the president of the United Kingdom’s high court’s family division. At the age of 69, Sir Munby will retire from this position in 2018 when he reaches the compulsory judicial retirement age of 70.

As hard as it may be for many to believe, I have been following Sir Munby and his opinions for a couple of years now and I believe that Sir Munby really does have a heart and he does at least care about our children and our elderly.

In fact, I read an article recently where he communicated his concern for splitting up elderly couples when they are moved to care homes. Sir James Munby did in fact state,  “We do know that people die of a broken heart.” Sir Munby, I would just like to add, it is not just elderly couples who are dying of broken hearts, countless parents throughout England and Wales, are dying of broken hearts each and every day and it is the direct result of decisions made within the family courts which you sir, oversee.

I know you are not one for speaking in public but you have been recognized the world over as one who will sit and communicate matters of family law. With this said and understood Sir Munby, I am requesting just that. As an advocate for the true best interest of our children, I have taken the liberty of aligning with several other equal parenting rights organizations all around the world. Two of those organizations are in the United Kingdom and I am requesting that you sir give serious consideration to an open forum where we parents may schedule a time and date in the near future when we may meet and discuss our concerns.

We have advocates from Canada, the United States, and of course the United Kingdom all of which I have communicated and have agreed to travel to the United Kingdom to meet and communicate with you, the changes necessary in family law. We all realize it is not standard procedure for parties from several countries to gather and meet in such a manner, but of course we believe that if we can all work together and work for a change towards the true best interest of our children in the United Kingdom, then, of course, we will all be able to work together to do the same world-wide.

Every day our children are suffering from the loss of one or both of their parents, we as a civilized society can not allow this to continue, we must work together for the true best interest of our children, their right, to share equally in the lives of both of their fit and willing parents.

I am also obviously forwarding this request today, to you sir, via overnight mail with the hopes that we can communicate, again, the true Best Interest Of Our Children.
