S-F (A Child)  EWCA Civ 964
In S-F (A Child) the Court of Appeal was dealing with an appeal from a decision to make a care order and not a placement order. The lead judgment of the Court identified the issue as whether the judge was wrong to prefer long-term fostering over adoption.
