Derek Lister has asked me to blog this Judicial Review of the High Court in Ireland which I am very happy to do.
Child sexual abuse campaigners believe it could be a breakthrough to rehear cases or hear cases that have been ruled out of time.
I hope they are right. I am not a lawyer, so I will not comment other than to say it really needs a lawyer to say what the effect of this judgement might or could be. If one could comment it would be appreciated.
