More signs point at Russia, the evidence is only circumstantial, however, at this point.  

Notice the cybersecurity experts, even Ambassador Geers, cannot predict when forensic evidence will become available.  The cybersecurity field itself is not being held accountable.  

This appears to be yet another case of Russia encouraging, supporting, or directing a cyberattack against Ukraine. Putin, of course, will point at “patriotic hackers” and deny Russian state involvement. 

At some point, this plethora of circumstantial evidence will create an undeniable web pointing at the Russian government. If not directly involved, Russia most certainly gives tacit approval.  Who in the world can hold Russia accountable? How?
