#AceNewsReport – May.10: A Leamington man has been jailed for 17 years for a botched robbery which left another man’s arm nearly severed from a shotgun blast #AceNewsDesk reports

WMP: Leamington man jailed for attempted murder and possession of firearm Liam Timms, who was sentenced on Friday 5 May at Warwickshire Justice Centre, was found guilty of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

A second man who was charged with with the same offences, 30-year-old Jason Cornwall, was found not guilty. The shooting took place on a secluded section of Coat of Arms Bridge Road in Coventry, after Timms attempted to rob his victim of a bracelet and mobile phone. The 22-year-old was left with extensive injuries to his right arm and left thigh with peppering from the shotgun and a pellet to his chest and another one lodged in his liver. CCTV shows…
